Hungarian Chimney Cake aka Kürtös Kalács

Once you taste you will never forget!

The name is borrowed after it's cylindrical shape. It is a one of kind sweet pastry, that is baked and served hot. Originally made over hot charcoal until the icing sugar got caramalised and crispy giving the unique look and delicious taste. It can sprinke with different flavours like coconut, choclate, almond, walnut or crystal sugar.

We don't need many ingredients to make healty and delicious pastry!
Simplicity is the key!
However it doesn't have any meat it is not fully vegan. To give back the original taste we use the following ingredietns.
